James Waghorn BSc DipArb MRICS FCIArb
Educated at Maidstone Grammar School, thereafter the University of Glamorgan where he obtained a degree in Urban Estate Management. James joined Clokes in 1990 becoming head of Valuation and Landlord and Tenant, where he continues to specialise since co-founding Martine Waghorn.
James has a particular interest in dispute resolution, having been awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Arbitration and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. As a member of the RICS panel of Arbitrators and Independent Experts, James receives appointments from the President in respect of rent review disputes.
