We are regularly appointed as Arbitrator or Independent Expert by The President of the RICS to resolve rent review disputes on a range of property types.
We are also appointed as Dispute Resolver under the Professional Arbitration on Court Terms (PACT) scheme in respect of lease renewals when agreement cannot be reached by the parties.
