James Waghorn

James is an experienced RICS Registered Valuer and advisor to landlords and tenants in rent review and lease renewal. He is a member of the RICS panel of Arbitrators and Independent Experts and is regularly appointed to resolve property disputes. James also acts as expert witness in a range of contentious property matters and has experience of being cross examined in the High Court.
