Robert has extensive experience in the agency, development and investment sides of the business undertaking work for a variety of funds, developers, corporate occupiers, professional practices and private clients. He works closely with his clients and brings a detailed and innovative approach to his work, whilst managing a varied and extensive portfolio of properties.
James is an experienced RICS Registered Valuer and advisor to landlords and tenants in rent review and lease renewal. He is a member of the RICS panel of Arbitrators and Independent Experts and is regularly appointed to resolve property disputes. James also acts as expert witness in a range of contentious property matters and has experience of being cross examined in the High Court.
Alison has over 20 years experience with national firms advising property companies, investment funds, occupiers and private investors across a range of commercial and residential property in Kent and the wider south east. An extensive contributor to research publications, Alison is an accredited RICS Registered Valuer and focuses on providing valuation and consultancy advice, including residual and development appraisals, and also advising landlords and tenants on rent review or lease renewals and re-gears.
Graham has over 17 years experience in dealing with a wide range of agency matters within the South East, working on behalf of a number of investment funds, developers, professional and private clients. He brings an enthusiastic and friendly approach when dealing with both clients and occupiers.
